Calendar Synthetic Rubber Bond
Has a high tensile strength and
tear resistance.
The Synthetic wheels are a softer
bond compared to Natural Rubber, and are used mostly in small
sizes for deburring and polishing metals.
- Grit sizes range from 24 through 320 in Aluminum Oxide
and Silicon Carbide.
- Speciality Grains are available upon request.
- Thickness of 1/8" to 10" made in single piece
up to 14" at OD.
- OD of 4" to 14" .

durability in Regulating Wheels.
- Grit sizes range from 24 through 600 in Aluminum Oxide and
Silicon Carbide.
- Speciality Grains are available upon request, 4" to
24" Outer Diameter (OD).
- Thickness of 1/8" to 15" made in single piece
up to 14" at OD; OD over 14" made in two pieces.
- OD of 20" to 24" made in single piece up to 10"
thickness; over 10" made in two pieces.
